Being remote sellers we were comfortable leaving John Nuzzo in charge of the sale of our second home. His communications were excellent as well as his advice on how to prepare for the sale. He was very responsive when I had questions. If we lived in the area, I wouldn't hesitate to do business with John again in the future.

John was a pleasure to work with. His local knowledge and accessibility are top notch. John was always available for showings when it suited my schedule. John came highly recommended and for good reason.

Meeting John Nuzzo as our Realtor was our great fortune! He is the most knowledgeable person and not just knowing everything in the home sales market and current trends but he was able to answer questions concerning things like fence companies, county regulations, what is required by insurance companies, etc. John lives in Port Saint Lucie so he knows the history and most everything about the city and area itself and if he doesn't know it himself he will find people to refer to.

John Nuzzo's experience makes him an outstanding Realtor. The sellers of the house we bought used a flat fee company which left many questions unanswered and they had a lot of responsibilities themselves. We would not recommend a company like this for such a large important purchase but we are extremely thankful we had John in the mix. He was the one to answer those questions that were not his responsibility but he didn't care about that. He cared about us and helped us to go forward with confidence in the purchase. We relied on John during the whole process and he was extremely thorough from the start to the end. That is his manner of doing things.

Added to having one of the most experienced and knowledgeable Realtors in John Nuzzo we had a friend. We felt like we'd known John for years and he was always honest, kind and exceptionally helpful. He went that added mile so many times we've lost count. We were able to look at homes in person only once with John but from that day on he was in tune to everything he knew we would be interested in for houses, features and neighborhoods. John found the perfect house for us and our 2 dogs and we bought it!

we went to many properties and i would decide on one and it would be gone by the time we went to the office to write a proposal. that was so frustrating for me. but john gave me the verbal help to persue another day of looking. he was very courteous and willing to take me to look at other condos another day. it must have been very frustrating to him also, but, he did not show it. he would say all in a days work as a realtor. he was so so greatful to help me find a condo.
